Winnie Bedi

Winnie Bedi m Gurdip Singh Singh Bedi, IFS

The first recorded union between a Nalwa and a Bedi occurred in the nineteenth century when Nand Kaur, the youngest daughter of Hari Singh Nalwa, married Ganda Singh Bedi of Baba Kotli, Fakir Chand Kotliwale.

In the twentieth century, after marrying Kanwar Gurdip Singh Bedi (IFS), Winnie (Gurdip) Nalwa embraced the legacies of both the Nalwa and Bedi families, and came to be known as 'Kawarani Winnie Gurdip Kaur Bedi Nalwa'.
